Reservations for Party Times Please call 401-861-4540 during store hours to book your Party. Times are limited and must be reserved in advance. A nonrefundable Party Deposit is required to reserve your date, time and a Beadworks Party Hostess. Party Deposit A nonrefundable Party Deposit is due upon reservation of your Party. With the exception of the "Rent the Store" Party, your Deposit will be applied toward per guest materials fees. Materials Fee Some parties require a Materials Fee for each party guest. This fee (less deposit) is payable when you arrive for your Party. Party Spaces You are welcome to bring in the food, beverage, decorations and paper goods of your choice while enjoying your Party at Beadworks. We can also help you select catered items from one of our neighboring Thayer Street restaurants or pizzerias. Beadworks Staff Hostess Each Beadworks party comes with a trained member of our staff who will offer assistance to your guests. Our hostesses do not accept gratuities. You don't need experience to host a fabulous beading party! "Charmed" Beading Birthday Party (kids 6 and older)

Your child's Beadworks Birthday Party is a "charmed" event indeed. A Beadworks Staff Hostess, trained in the art of jewelry design, will provide friendly instruction to your young guests. Each child will create a colorful keepsake charm necklace and a bracelet. These glass bead creations are theirs to take home and enjoy. Sparkles and Pearls Party (ideal for teens and adults)

This is a creative party experience in which you and your guests design and make a necklace and earrings. Select Swarovski crystal beads, Czech glass and delicate freshwater pearls to create a necklace and a pair of simple earrings that have all the elegance of heirloom jewelry but are perfect to wear today - to the prom, to a party, to a special luncheon. Your Beadworks Staff Hostess will show you how to add sterling silver spacers and clasps for a classic finishing touch. "Rent the Store" Party

That's right, you can have to entire store to yourselves. This is a great way to host a Ladies’ Night Out or other private event. There's no limit to your group's creativity. Your group can select beads from around our store - and Beadworks stocks thousands and thousands of possibilities. No experience necessary! "Rent the Store" parties are only available after or before our regular business hours and include 2 dedicated Beadworks Staff Hostesses to assist your guests with bead selection, design and complimentary clasp attachments on your necklace and bracelet designs. You are welcome to bring in the food, beverage, decorations and paper goods of your choice while enjoying your Party at Beadworks. We can also help you select catered items from one of our neighboring Thayer Street restaurants or pizzerias.
