our Email Customers
As a
subscriber to our email list, you are invited to attend a special
event at Beadworks Providence on Sunday, November 12. Arrive at
11:00 am and enjoy the privilege of a private, first look at our
vast array. We’ll have everything from exotic jaspers to diamond
beads. For one day only, we bring you a fabulous assortment in
every price range – plus dazzling Venetian glass and unique gold and
sterling silver clasps and findings.
Several jewelry designers will be on hand to provide design consultation and
expertise on semi-precious stone selection. Beadworks designers are
always happy to help you fashion a fabulous necklace for the
holidays. If you’re in a hurry, we can string the necklace for you
and attach the clasp – just come back later to pick it up.

Let Us Help You Find That Special Bead

| Ordinarily, we carry an extraordinary
assortment of beads. About 10,000 items, last time we counted.
We circle the globe to provide our Providence customers with the
best beads and the latest trends. If you are unable to find
exactly what you’re looking for in the shop, we are always happy
to try to meet your needs. Just ask us. We love a challenge!
Beadworks Providence has started a new program to help you find
that special bead. Come in and fill out a bead request form and
we’ll see what we can do to satisfy your bead craving.
Beaders come from far and near to collect
our specialty lampwork beads, made exclusively for us by AleAle
Designs in the Czech Republic. On any given day, we showcase
about 50 varieties in the shop, but we can get additional styles
and colors shipped to us within a week. A catalog of additional
lampwork beads is in the shop.

Parking at Beadworks
|
|
Yes, you can find a spot to park near our
Thayer Street shop. We do it every day, but lately the Brown
University construction project has made parking an extra
challenge. The good news is that the construction teams are going
on hiatus for a few months. This is good news for Thayer Street
shoppers as the construction stoppage will open up hundreds of
parking spots throughout the neighborhood. To help out, we’ve
changed our hours for the winter – we now open at 10:30 am on
weekdays. Parking on many streets opens at 10:00 am. We’d suggest
you arrive promptly at 10 to park, pick up a cup of coffee at
Dunkin’ Donuts or Starbucks, and come enjoy it at Beadworks. If you
know exactly what you want, we are happy to mail it to you or bring
it out to your car as you swing by.
